Graduation requirements : The following areas of study are required for graduation and must be included in the 120 credit requirement for successful completion of the requirements under NJ State Law 6:8-4 2.
- 4 years of English
- 4 years of PE/Health
- 3 years of Math
- 3 years of Science
- 2 years of US History
- 1 year of World History
- 1 year of Visual and/or Performing Arts
- 1 year of Practical Arts
- 1 year of Computer courses
- 1 year of World Language – beginning with 2004-05 incoming freshmen
Electives – 20/30 credits (based on graduation requirements)
Special Education students must fulfill all outlined graduation requirements unless exemption is determined and reflected in their Individual Education Program (IEP).
All Underclassmen must carry a minimum of 35 credits per year.
Seniors must carry a minimum of 30 credits per year, provided they meet all graduation requirements.
GRADUATION FEE: All graduating seniors will be charged a $25 graduation fee. The fee will include the cost of the cap, gown, tassel and other graduation regalia, imprinting the diploma, and other expenses incurred as part of the senior/graduation experience. This fee must be paid by the end of first semester.
